Clémence Forest, infirmière clinicienne, gestionnaire de projets
Clémence est diplômée en sciences infirmières à l’Université de Montréal. Elle a commencé sa carrière aux urgences pour ensuite se diriger vers les soins intensifs médicaux cardiaques.
Son expérience en soins critiques lui a permis de réaliser l’importance de la prévention et de l’implantation de saines habitudes de vie pour la santé de chacun.
Elle rejoint l’équipe de la Maison de Santé Prévention en 2023, comme infirmière clinicienne en gestion de projet, où elle participe au déploiement de l’approche 180 en travaillant étroitement en multidisciplinarité avec différents professionnels de la santé afin d’aider les
patients, les familles et la communauté dans l'amélioration de leur santé globale.
Pierre Prévost, administrator, CEO
Pierre holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique de Montréal. With more than 25 years with the large corporation, he has extensive management experience and a customer focus that is unique in Canada.
Since 2018, he has been President of the Réseau d'action en santé cardiovasculaire(RASC), a charitable organization dedicated to the fight against the epidemic of childhood obesity in Quebec.
A tough but generous administrator, in 2021 he became President and CEO of the very first Maison de Santé Prévention in Quebec.
Rebecca Duclair, administrative assistant
Rebecca has a degree in administrative sciences and offered her services in this field for several years before transitioning to the healthcare field as a Family Auxiliary. Passionate about both fields, she is now administrative assistant at the Maison de santé prévention.
She is an employee with unquestionable leadership qualities and the determination to offer customers unrivalled service born of an exceptional professional personality. Always smiling and positive, Rebecca loves life and has a strong passion for music and dance. Which makes her the MSP's ray of sunshine.
Rebecca is an asset to the team because she collaborates rigorously to optimize short-term and long-term performance.
